Parking
While we do have a dedicated parking lot, it fills quickly on meet nights. Ample street parking is available throughout the community. Please be respectful of our neighbors by avoiding blocked driveways and refraining from parking on grass or landscaped areas.

Meet Begins
Team Set-Up & Seating
The visiting team area is located on our lower tennis courts, which provide direct access to the pool deck through a designated gate. Chairs, tents, and canopies are welcome in this area.
To help ensure swimmer safety and smooth meet operations:
- Clerk of Course will be located in the kiddie pool area.
- The kiddie pool, diving well, and half-circle shallow-end area will be closed during the meet.
- Please keep walkways and pool deck access points clear.
Heat Sheets
Heat sheets will be emailed to your team once finalized. Please feel free to distribute them to your families.
Printed copies will be provided for all coaches and meet officials.
Visiting Team Volunteer Requirements
Please provide the following volunteers:
- 24 Timers (12 each half)
- 4 Clerk of Course/Lane Seaters (2 each half)
- 2 Table Workers (1 each half)
- 6 Stroke & Turn Judges (3 each half)
Mite Parent
At your team's discretion, we recommend assigning a Mite Parent who knows your swimmers and can assist them through Clerk of Course and behind the blocks as needed.
Concessions
Our concession stand offers:
- Hot Dogs
- Hamburgers
- Cheeseburgers
- Quesadillas
- Assorted snacks, sweets, and beverages
Kona Ice will also be on site during our home meets.
We accept both cash and credit/debit cards.
Coaches Meals
All visiting coaches are welcome to a complimentary meal from concessions. Please let us know the number of coaches attending so our concessions team can be prepared.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to conduct the meet safely and efficiently. Decisions regarding delays, pool closures, and meet continuation will be made in consultation with pool management and league guidelines. If weather prevents completion of the meet, team representatives will communicate regarding next steps and any necessary rescheduling.
